Requesting a translation is easy!
Start by creating a free account. Add a new order by selecting the source and destination languages, due date, translation category and upload the file you wish to be translated. Write down any special instructions if any, and click 'submit.' We will get back to you with a price quote for language solutions.

Our team of translators operate 24/7
The process is simple. Once your request is completed, we will send you a free quote based on your document. Upon your project approval and payment, our interpreters will get to work creating a seamless translation.

Getting your translated files or results
Go to the 'translation history' page and click on ‘view details’ for the status of your translation project. Once complete, you can view and download a PDF of the final translation from your browser.
How the remote Video Interpretation works
- Step 1: Sign up to access our remote video interpretation services
- Step 2: Click on My Dashboard and request the service you need.
- Step 3: Select Source language, Destination language, and category of interpretation. You can also upload a written file if needed.
- Step 4: Select whether you want a call now or later and schedule your call.
- Step 5: Enter your service request details and join the call.
- Step 6: There are two payment methods to choose from; you can opt from pre-pay or pay per minute.
